I had unfortunately ordered the wrong size number brands to match my letter brands and reached out to see if I could exchange them for the ones that were the same size and they responded quickly and so kind! I informed them that I had an event I needed them for and they sent them the next day! The arrived so quickly and BEFORE my event! They have excellent customer service and as a small business household, we love supporting other small businesses :) the brands are also amazing! Can't wait to get more and a stand to organize my current ones!
