By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all customers who make qualifying purchases at theheritageforge.com

• Employees, affiliates, or partners of The Heritage Forge may not be eligible.

Promotion Period

• The Promotion begins on 5/14/2026 at 12:00 PM PST.

• The Promotion ends on 5/22/2026 at 11:59 PM PST.

• Orders placed outside this timeframe do not qualify.
  

Discount Details

• Buy one eligible item at regular price and receive a second eligible item of equal or lesser value for 50% off.  Valid only on qualifying merchandise (Mini Branding Irons) while supplies last. 

• Excludes custom orders, shipping charges, taxes, and select products at seller’s discretion. If an item purchased under this promotion is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing. Offer subject to change or cancellation without notice.

• Must apply code BOGO50 at checkout to receive discount.  No price adjustments will be made to previous purchases or purchases made without coupon applied during the promotion period.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupons.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the Promotion:

• Any products not included in the Mini Branding Iron collection, custom orders, shipping charges, taxes, and select products at seller’s discretion.

Pricing & Adjustments

• Prices shown during the Promotion reflect discounted pricing.

• No price adjustments will be made to previous purchases.
  

• If pricing errors occur, The Heritage Forge reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return and exchange requests must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Refunds for Promotion purchases will reflect the discounted amount paid, not the full original price.

• Items purchased during the Promotion may be exchange only.

Shipping

• Standard shipping rates and policies apply unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping delays may occur during high-volume periods; we appreciate your understanding that The Heritage Forge does not have control over transit times once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

• The Heritage Forge reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, misuse of the Promotion, or system error.

• Customers may request cancellations before order has shipped, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• The Heritage Forge is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, website downtime, or system failures.

  • Lost, late, or misdirected orders due to customer error.

• Participation in the Promotion is at the customer’s own risk.

Changes to the Promotion

• The Heritage Forge may amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
